Returned Mail    - Mail to complaint targets such as comandeered servers, advertisers paying for the spam or ISPs are addressed on the basis of records kept in various "WhoIs" databases. Some of these are actually provided by the company that owns the server and some of these are "best guesses" made by the WhoIs server when there is none available.  The good news is that RevengeWare's DrStopSpam uses ALL of them and makes if very likely one will get through to the correct person. You may use our built in "Auto Delete" to earse them befor they reach your mailbox or Just delete the returned items and don't worry about them, you will still get a lot of mail to the right people.

Advertiser's Responses    - Advertisers have occasionally denied any participation in the spam mail.  RevengeWare's DrStopSpam attaches a copy the spam with "their web address" visible in it. On both occasions this has happened, the advertiser could not read mail in EML format.  I suggested that the user just save the spam as an HTML file and re-mail it back as proof. This worked fine. Interestingly enough one company, whose name was used by he spammer,  was really upset and the CEO wrote to me personally telling me it would not happen again.

 AUTO DELETE -  As per your requests,  RevengeWare's DrStopSpam now as an automated mail scanner that will automatically delete mail returned for incorrect addresses. In addtion as of 2/06 this feature will help generate statistics of your success in Pulling The Plug On Abusive Spam Mailers!

 NOVICE USER TOGGLE - unselect  the check box "select for detailed displays"  from the configuration menu and you will see a very simple selection of menus that makes RevengeWare's DrStopSpam a cinch to use.

The new Cake Mode allows anyone to send spam to RevengeWare's DrStopSpam in seconds while continuing to read mail in Outlook Express!  This new feature even works in Advanced Mode. Nothing could be easier than RevengeWare's DrStopSpam and Outlook Express (a Microsoft Trademark).
