THE PROGRAM SEEMS TO BE  NEARLY FROZEN - SCREENS SEEM  STUCK IN ACTION. - This always means you have lost your Internet connection. RevengeWare's DrStopSpam checks for an Internet connection before proceeding. However,  this is NOT foolproof.  If it finds no DIALUP connection it will start your dial up dialogue and allow you to connect.  If you are connected via a LAN the lan may be connected but you may have lost your IPAddress.  If this happens it can fool RevengeWare's DrStopSpam into thinking you are on-line.  The fix for this is to restore your computers IPAddress. Do this by re-booting or your IpConfig program. Please note, if this has happened no other interest program will work either. Your browser should also not function.
